Food was not bad I would have liked more spiciness than I experienced in Mexico. The waiter was very nice. The restaurant was quite noisy for us, even though it wasn't very busy you could hardly understand each other while talking.

I was very happy with the food and the service. For me, only the card was a bit restricted, is that probably due to Corona? The food was very tasty.

Once again, the delivery did not match the order. Last time some of the goods were missing, but we thought "what happened was definitely just a mistake". This time I ordered a Barbacoa Beef Burrito, which according to the description should be prepared with pico de gallo, guacamole and chipotle mayo, but I got a burrito with pulled beef, rice, beans and cheese. NO trace of the remaining ingredients. Neither in the burrito nor supplied separately. Fortunately, I still had a few ingredients for a sauce and some vegetables at home, because you couldn't get the burrito down that dry. I strongly advise against ordering there, unless you want to be disappointed again and again. The restaurant used to be very good and, especially with the tacos for two, really offered a good price-performance ratio, as many delicious side dishes were included. Now you not only get less than half of the side dishes and toppings but also incorrect deliveries. It may be something else on site, but I will definitely never order from Lieferando there again. It's a shame.

Great staff, find solutions and keep the friendliness. The kitchen is good and the menu is pleasingly compact. Few dishes, but they are very good. Gladly again

Were there today with a voucher from Groupon and were served a delicious meal. Nachos with cheese were served for the starter, and fajitas con pollo for the main course. The food was freshly prepared and served in a pan at the table. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with my meal, which the waiter took up in a friendly manner, so that a short time later I got a newly prepared dish. The service here is really first class. We really liked it and will definitely come back again.

The pulled chicken burrito order last night through Lieferando was very disappointing. Small, not that tasty, ridiculous small amount of guacamole and chicken. The right name of it should be Dried Rice with Chicken smell. Probably never again...

Ordered a Pulled Chicken Burrito via Lieferando. It was completely tasteless and bland. The chicken was dry and unseasoned, and the burrito had no flavour whatsoever. The guacamole, which was not fresh or good, was a very small amount (about the size of a 10 cent coin). I don't know why a Mexican restaurant does not include any flavour or taste, especially for the price which is more expensive than other Mexican places.

Delicious food, terrace, good prices. But in the midst of the pandemic, the waiter wears the mask around his neck (all the time), and spread his breath on our food (on the magnificent food because it was really delicious) and on all of us, so 2 stars is my opinion, the same importance that the waiter gives to the virus.

I have been visiting Alcatraz on Bundesplatz for many years. I've always felt very comfortable here and the food was delicious. The family service team offers good service and a lot of friendliness. With moderate, good offers, you can have a cozy dinner or celebrate an occasion here.

Fajita is my favorite. There is a discount for fajita on Mondays and it is twelve euro. Portions are too big.

Service neither friendly nor fast

To be upfront with you I only had two things here because I am a single diner and the portions are rather large. So to start off I arrived 20 minutes early to my reservation and they were able to accommodate me at 1210 rather than 1230 but in all fairness I was the only one there on a Sunday and they literally had just opened. I initially ordered a classic margarita which btw is lime on the rocks with salt which I didn’t mind bc it was strong and good like I liked it! Next I asked about the quesadillas and turns out I can only order in a full order for two... well sometimes my eyes think I can eat for two but the reality is that I can’t so I opted for nachos instead. The nachos were a rather large portion which was great and honestly this is about the only place that knows how to do nachos in Germany so I was stoked. They were loaded with plenty of chips and cheese and meat but I was sad I couldn’t order the type of meat I wanted. I asked for beef and she ran off but I wanted to try the barbacoa because any Mexican living in Germany knows barbacoa is super difficult to find but I didn’t get a choice of beef that I wanted. The nachos were a bit greasy but as the tequila from the margarita hit me I started to enjoy them much much more. I didn’t have anything else so I can’t recommend for much else but I do know the portion sizes are rather large and it’s kind of pricey. Mexican food is supposed to be a rather cheap eat but since this is Germany I suppose that it’s the price we must pay if we can’t anything closely relating to Mexican food we know and don’t have to cook ourselves.

The food was good with good portion sizes fornthe price. Service was awesome the owner/manager was very helpful and friendly. Best decision to eat there. There was some traditional mexican food ate there twice during my visit to Berlin the first day we got there and the last day before we left.

Very friendly and speaks English also. Best Mexican food I’ve had in Germany to date! Would HIGHLY suggest you make your way here!!

Don't expect more than well cook Mexican Fast food. Cocktails are good and the team always friendly.

Every time we've ordered from here the food is always amazing! My favorite is the ground beef quesadillas. We decided to eat at the restaurant itself and the quality was not as good and for some reason they didn't have ground beef, and the menu had way less options than ordering. Would only recommend for ordering food online.

Old-established, solid, Mexican restaurant with good cocktail selection. Manageable menu, very tasty dishes, freshly prepared. Seats in the house and in the beer garden available, is located directly at a larger intersection. Toilets clean, but getting old. Fast and friendly service, drinks and food were served quickly.

Really delicious food and great drinks, super attentive and super friendly service. Even blankets, if outside times too fresh are available. All in all it was a great evening, gladly again.

We were in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. There were enough seats. We ordered all fajitas. There used to be fajitas with seafood too, as I said there were. Thus, the Fajitas selection is low. Pity! Otherwise the food tasted good. Only the beef was a bit tough. The service was nice ..

Food was ok, it's a nice location but stay away from the stairs down to the toilets, it smells reaallyy bad around that area.

A mix of restaurant serving popular Mexican cuisine and a (cocktail) bar. For an entertaining evening with friends, a successful combination, even if both individually undoubtedly better in each specialized restaurants or bars. The service is very friendly and attentive. Many tables inside, in good weather outside. Inside, it can get quite loud when it's full.

A must see for everybody who's visiting San Francisco breathtaking view and a very interesting History which is transmitted through audio guides and interesting Tour's (But don't forget to make an reservation approximately 1 month before your visit )

Average Tex-Mex food - quite pricy for what they offer.

This is easily the best mexican i've tried in Berlin. Admittedly I haven't tried more than the barbacoa beef burrito from the menu, but it's so good I have to get each time I return.

Alcatraz is always a great experience. The fajitas have a great flavor and the staff is super friendly.
